Why we are here
Living in the present moment is the key to improved states of being and achieving your dreams. What goes on in the mind presents the greatest block to living in pure presence. With guidance, practice and discipline, this state (flow) can be experienced in a progressively greater amount and duration until it is normalized. Being connected to and having communion with your higher mind gives you power and control of your energy and self sovereignty which enables you to go from consumer to creator. Imagine if you had complete peace of mind, clarity of goals, greater awareness and discernment, and were no longer triggered or controlled by outside influences. What if you could experience greater intuition, health and wholeness, feel you have a clear purpose and have the ability to manifest what you truly desire?

Life is an endless procession of experiences. Some we label as amazing, lousy, interesting, mundane, painful, traumatic or something else we have identified with. Nevertheless, all the experiences we have occur because we need them, or we consciously create them as part of our life plan. Each experience is a stepping stone to the next, and if we wish to move out of the one we are currently engaged in it would behoove us to go within and discover what is keeping us there. So, rather than label experiences as good, bad, traumatic, etc., it can be more helpful to look at what the experiences teach us about ourself and how can we shift our consciousness as we move from one to another. We can ask ourself what we learned about ourself in that experience, such as what were our motivations, beliefs and behaviors. What do they show us about our character, what things drive us, how much patience we have, level of determination, or any other quality we may want to cultivate like our level of awareness, discernment, willpower and ultimately how we define success. More importantly, we can ask ourselves what actions can we can take if we want to move to a higher state of being and achieve a particular goal.
We can improve the quality of our experiences and return to living the way we were meant to live by removing the outer shells of disharmony and limitations we've accumulated throughout life. Just as the butterfly is within the caterpillar, the beautiful whole and perfect You is within what we commonly call the "persona" that you have considered yourself to be and identified with throughout life. Self-sovereignty comes from looking within, identifying what is not You and then dismantling and letting go of everything that tie up and consume your energy, i.e. the programs, identities, roles, beliefs that do not serve your highest good.
Our goal is to assist you in liberating yourself from whatever it is that is preventing you from achieving your full potential through self discovery, empowerment and alignment with your true Self. Like the opening of a flower, there is nothing more beautiful than the blooming of consciousness.

Reiki Energy Healing - During a Reiki session, high frequency intelligent life force energy is channeled instantaneously to you to improve the flow and harmony in your body of energy which fosters accelerated healing. It is intelligent because the energy knows just where to go, as it is Divine. It is the life force that exists in everyone and everything. Some call it Chi, qi, ki, prana or The Holy Spirit. Because everything is connected, it does not matter where you live. All you need to do is allow it to flow through you while using your intention for your healing, since you are the one who actually heals yourself. We can combine Reiki with sound frequencies and selected energetic crystals to further promote a state of relaxation. We can also ensure that the chakras are open and operating optimally. It is imperative to have open and active chakras for healing because they are the points in our energy body that we use to function in the world. My name is Rachel Adams

When I was growing up, every year our yard would swarm with caterpillars (those shown above!). At one particular time of the year it seemed like they were everywhere. My curiosity led me to study them more closely so I kept some in an empty aquarium in my room, and in elementary school I volunteered to raise silk worms for the class. I was amazed at how these silk worms and caterpillars would form a cocoon/chrysalis and emerge a completely different creature several weeks later. I thought how cool it would be if I could do that. Little did I know at the time, the Universe was telling me what was ahead for me and what my life would be like. Over the years I discovered that we can indeed, go through a metamorphosis of our own and transform into something totally different and beautiful, which is what we were truly created to be. This is what self-realization is - the deconstruction and destruction of the false self (who we think we are) so the true Self (who and what we really are) can emerge.
My specialty is identifying the limiting beliefs and energetic blocks in the people that I work with and assist them in removing them. These will be things that are unique to them, due to their own experiences (such as their beliefs and identifications) that prevent them from aligning with who and what they really are at their core. Although I have obtained many degrees and certificates throughout my life, my strength lies in sharing the insight and wisdom that I have obtained through my own transformation/liberation, and bringing about personal healing augmented by the embodiment of the teachings of Ascended Masters (Those who operate at the highest levels of consciousness). I am dedicated to maintaining high frequency space for others to heal - mentally, emotionally and physically on their own terms. All healing is self-healing when we remove the self imposed limitations and blocks. Of all the great teachers I have encountered, from my dear father to my graduate professor, and more recently, the late Dr. William Glasser, the one who stands out by far is RJ Spina - a true Master of alchemy and timeless wisdom, and the full embodiment of the metaphysics that make up the greater reality.
