Living in the present moment is the key to improved states of being and realizing your dreams. The thinking mind presents the greatest blocks to living in flow because when you think, you are not in the present moment. Thoughts and emotions reduce clarity and override your intuition and creativity. It is analogous to a shaken snow-globe where your thoughts and emotions are the stirred up glitter. Thinking is about the past, future, loops, programs and conditioning. On the other hand, flow (the continuous present state) is the highest creative and most intuitive state of being where there is crystal clarity. It is like when the glitter has settled in the snow-globe. Presence is when your true Self in online and connected with the greater reality, giving you access to the higher Self and the Whole. With guidance, practice and discipline, this state can be experienced in a progressively greater duration until it is normalized and perpetual. In flow you are connected with your higher mind giving you dominion and control over your entire body of energy, able to completely harness your will and focus attention on what you desire to achieve. Imagine if you had greater awareness, complete clarity of mind, acute perception, undistracted, had keen discernment, and were no longer triggered or controlled by outside influences. What if you could experience greater intuition, health, wholeness, feel a clear and deep purpose for your life and have the ability to manifest whatever you truly desire? Freedom is not being able to do anything you want, anytime. True freedom is having control of your mind, rather than it, and the outside world, controlling you.
Life is an endless procession of experiences. Some we label as amazing, lousy, interesting, mundane, painful, traumatic or something else we might have identified with, and make that part of our story. Nevertheless, all the experiences we have occur because we need them or rather, we consciously create them as part of our life plan or unconsciously as a result subconscious conditioning and programming. Experience is why we are here, but the problem is identifying with them and becoming stuck. If we wish to move out of the one we are currently engaged in we must go within and discover what is keeping us there. Instead of labelling experiences as good, bad, traumatic, etc., it can be more helpful to look at what the experiences teach us about ourself and how we can shift our awareness and expand our consciousness as we move from one experience to another. We can ask ourself what we learned about ourself in that experience, such as what the motivations were for our behavior, what our beliefs were about a particular person, place or thing, and what attachments have been made. More importantly, we can ask ourselves what actions we can take if we want to move to a higher state of being and achieve a particular goal. This is only possible by letting go of these beliefs, attachments and experiences so that more of the true Self (which it limit-less) can emerge.
We can improve the quality of our experiences and return to living the way we were designed by removing the shells of disharmony and limitations we've accumulated throughout life. They are just programs, conditioning, attachments and stories that we have been bombarded by since birth, and identified with which then hold us back from realizing our infinite and limitless potential. Just as the butterfly is within the caterpillar, the beautiful, whole and perfect You is within what we commonly call the "persona" (person, character, role, personality, identity, etc.) that you have aligned with, consider yourself to be and live your life as. Self-sovereignty comes from looking within, identifying what is not You and then dismantling and letting go of it because that ties up and consumes your energy, like malware on a computer. Recall the snow globe. When nothing blocks or limits you any more, you can see everything.
My goal is to assist you in liberating yourself from whatever it is that is preventing you from achieving your full potential through self discovery, empowerment and alignment with your true Self. Like the opening of a flower, there is nothing more beautiful than the blooming of consciousness.

Peer Support Coaching - Take a self-guided journey inward to discover your true Self and your unlimited potential. This alternative approach to coaching/counseling fosters an environment of trust and safety, encouraging self-reflection while building self-confidence and offering ways to act on it. Through interaction and feedback I will assist you in removing the limiting beliefs, blocks and energetic limitations holding you back. This will enable you to experience transformation through a noticeable shift in consciousness and how you feel. Recognizing that everyone has a unique journey, we maintain flexibility in the way you wish to proceed while supporting growth and evolution in an autonomous way. I will teach you how to breathe optimally and meditate properly in order to instantly become present and live in flow.
Reiki Energy Healing - During a Reiki session, high frequency intelligent life force energy is channeled instantaneously to you to improve the flow and alignment of your body of energy. This energy will alchemize disharmony and foster accelerated self healing. It is intelligent energy because it is Divine (high frequency) and knows where to go and what to do. It is the life force that exists in everyone and everything. It is also known as Chi, qi, ki, prana or The Holy Spirit. Because everything is connected, it does not matter where you live. All you need to do is allow it to flow through you while using your intention for your healing, since you are the one who actually heals yourself. I can combine Reiki with sound frequencies and selected energetic crystals to further promote a state of relaxation. I can also ensure that the chakras are open and operating optimally. It is imperative to have open and active chakras for healing because they are the points in our energy body that we use for existing and functioning in the world. I can also devote specific sessions to assist you in working with your chakras which will greatly enhance the efficacy of your healing and quality of life.

When I was growing up, every year our yard would swarm with caterpillars (those shown above!). At one particular time of the year it seemed like they were everywhere. My curiosity led me to study them more closely so I kept some in an empty aquarium in my room, and in elementary school I volunteered to raise silk worms for the class. I was amazed at how these silk worms and caterpillars would form a cocoon/chrysalis and emerge a completely different creature several weeks later. I thought how cool it would be to do that. Little did I know at the time, the Universe was telling me what was ahead for me and what my life would be like. Over the years I discovered that we can indeed, go through a metamorphosis of our own and transform into something totally different and beautiful, which is actually what we were truly created to be. This is what self-realization is - the deconstruction and destruction of the false self (who we think we are) so the true Self (who and what we really are) can emerge and take charge of this incarnation.
My specialty is assisting the people that I work with identify the limiting beliefs and energetic blocks keeping them from achieving their goals and removing them so they can experience freedom and intrinsic happiness. Some of these beliefs and blocks will be things that are unique to them, due to their own experiences (such as their beliefs and identifications), and some will be the prevailing programs and conditioning we grow up with, all of which prevent us from aligning with who and what they really are at their core. Although I have obtained many degrees and certificates throughout my life, my strength lies in sharing the insight and wisdom that I have accrued through my own transformation and liberation, brought about through embodying the teachings of Ascended Masters (Those who operate at the highest levels of consciousness). I am dedicated to maintaining a high frequency environment for others to see themselves as limitless creators, enabling them to liberate themselves, and heal - mentally, emotionally and physically on their own terms. All healing is self-healing, so when we remove the self imposed limitations and blocks, you will heal yourself. Of all the great teachers I have encountered, from my dear father to my graduate professor, and more recently, the late Dr. William Glasser, the one who stands out by far is my current mentor RJ Spina - a true Ascended Master, who specializes in metaphysics and alchemy. He is incarnated at this time to represent the full embodiment of the love and timeless wisdom that make up the greater reality.
